About Jill Hanson
Ms. Hanson has been involved in numerous aspects of the construction industry for 24 years. Her experience at GLE initially involved serving as a Project Administrator in GLE’s Construction Services division. She later moved into the Building Assessment and Construction Consulting Division, conducting Property Condition Assessments and Physical Needs Assessments for a wide variety of private and public sector clients. Ms. Hanson now serves as Construction Consulting Services Manager. In this capacity, Ms. Hanson serves as client manager for many of GLE’s financial institution clients, overseeing construction loan monitoring activities for more than 50 national, regional, and community based lending institutions.
Ms. Hanson has been a member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) since 2006. She is the current Vice President on the Tampa Chapter Board and Immediate Past Vice President on the national board. She is also a trustee on the NAWIC Education Foundation Board and serves as NAWIC’s representative on the Workforce Development Committees for both CURT and NCCER. Additionally, Ms. Hanson is an adjunct instructor at a local college teaching courses in Construction Management.
